Ambitious Outsiders
Ambitious Outsiders is an independent micro-press connecting artists, writers, performers and creatives to the design and marketing support they need to present work to new audiences through books, zines, catalogues and other print-based media.
My mission is to demystify design and production, embrace the opportunities offered by digital processes, and make print affordable and accessible at any scale while also using a variety of hand-finishing and customisation techniques as appropriate.
Ambitious Outsiders grew from 25 years in design and art direction and my work as co-founder and art director of Silverhill Press.
